Submission Guidelines

  • Submit the abstract in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format
  • Abstract should be written in English only
  • Maximum ONE PAGE including figures and tables
  • Title: Times New Roman, size 14, first letter capitalised, centred
  • Author names: Times New Roman, size 12
  • Affiliations: Times New Roman, size 11, italic
  • Main abstract text: Times New Roman, size 12
  • Page size: A4 with normal margins, 1.5 line spacing
  • Paragraph: justified on both left and right
  • Maximum 6 keywords in italic below abstract text
  • The presenter name should be underlined
  • Mark corresponding author with superscript *
Important:

There is no fee for abstract submission. However, accepted abstracts will appear in the conference program only if registration fee is paid in full by the deadline.
